All products are shipped with Bpost, DPD, DHL or UPS. As a customer, you can track your order via track & trace of the respective courier.
In case the shipment is damaged in transit, House Raccoon will resend or refund the order upon proof of shipping damage (clear photos are a must). The customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes when the package crosses international borders. Please note that this includes the United Kingdom after Brexit.

Return/Refund
The customer can return a product in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Customized products, discounted products personalized products cannot be returned. The return costs are to be paid by the customer.
