Shipping & Delivery

All products are shipped with Bpost, DPD, DHL or UPS. As a customer, you can track your order via track & trace of the respective courier.

In case the shipment is damaged in transit, House Raccoon will resend or refund the order upon proof of shipping damage (clear photos are a must). The customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes when the package crosses international borders. Please note that this includes the United Kingdom after Brexit.

The customer can return a product in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Customized products, discounted products personalized products cannot be returned. The return costs are to be paid by the customer.

Order not complete, no pigments present. Emailed with this explanation, Was instructed to email again to the same email address and post a review. At this! Hope it will be resolved nicely.

Order for my christening sugars

I sent you a personal email to place a large order to make the christening sugars for our first child.
I had followed a workshop from you guys before and was really looking forward to doing the same for our little one.
You guys have been great to get me started and (hopefully because I'm not done yet) passed along the right quantities for my little work.
The molds can be rented which is hugely convenient, I also think these have a very correct rental price.
Thanks for the help and who knows I might send a picture of our little one's christening sugar later!

The order, purchase and receipt of the products went very smoothly.
The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the box was overflowing with paper. The order could have easily been shipped in a smaller box. The excess paper does not correspond to the fact that you provide 1 tree plates with every order or workshop

Thank you for the lovely review, Frieda! We have a small workshop so occasionally it happens that we don't have all sizes of boxes in stock. We prefer to ship one size larger than to have to wait a week for your order. To be on the safe side, we fill the boxes with recyclable and reusable paper so that the contents will not break.
