In case the shipment is damaged in transit, House Raccoon will resend or refund the order upon proof of shipping damage (clear photos are a must). Return/Refund
The customer can return a product in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Customized products, discounted products personalized products cannot be returned. The return costs are to be paid by the customer.
